You can call outside of business hours and leave a message with your preferred reservation, name, and phone number. They will return your call when they open and either confirm or offer other available times. I have had great success every time.

I agree with Dennis. It's a popular place for Valentine's days. I went there with my fiance and I'm glad I made a reservation.
